Dr. Peter Miele is a highly experienced chiropractor with a specialization in treating professional and amateur athletes, as well as acute and chronic pain patients. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Dr. Miele is a trusted healthcare provider for patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Dr. Miele graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Anderson University in South Carolina, where he received a Men’s Soccer Scholarship. As a former elite level soccer player, he has played in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), played with Team Ontario and trained with the Canadian National Training (NTC), won two Canadian National Soccer Championships, and numerous Ontario Cup championships. His personal athletic experience has allowed him to develop a unique understanding of sports-related injuries and rehabilitation at every level.
Dr. Miele practices evidence-based chiropractic, which involves utilizing a variety of techniques to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients. He is a fully certified Functional Mobility Specialist, skilled in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Graston Technique, and Cupping Therapy. Dr. Miele believes in empowering his patients to take an active role in their treatment, providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to manage their conditions and prevent further injury.
Dr. Miele is an active member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association, Chiropractic College of Ontario, and Canadian Chiropractic Association. He is committed to continuing his education and staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in his field to provide his patients with the highest quality care.
Peter recently completed a course in spinal stenosis and sciatica, where he trained with world renowned Dr. Carlo Ammendolia from spinemobility.com, and is currently offering these treatment programs at Centre for Health & Performance.
Peter is also registered with WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board) to provide assessments and approved treatments.
