Taiju Hashimoto is an experienced Acupuncturist who was born and raised in Japan before moving to Canada in 1993. He graduated with a degree in law from Soka University in Japan before pursuing his passion for alternative medicine. Taiju completed formal training in acupuncture at both the Japan College of Physical Medicine and the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over the course of his career, Taiju has treated a wide variety of different ailments, including anxiety, depression, menopause, autoimmune diseases, and Bell’s palsy. His expertise has also extended to treating professional athletes, having worked with the Japanese Olympic figure skating team.
Taiju is a registered member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO), ensuring that his practice adheres to the highest standards of safety and efficacy. When he’s not helping patients, Taiju enjoys a variety of hobbies, including camping, travelling, riding motorcycles, and reading about topics related to peace, culture, and education. With his extensive training and experience, Taiju is dedicated to helping his patients achieve optimal health and wellbeing through the use of traditional Chinese medicine.
